This agreement details points to note when using the services provided by Search Firm Japan Corp. When using these services, please be sure to read these terms, and if you agree please click the link below. If you do not agree, you will be unable to apply using this page.

Search Firm Japan is a human resources search consulting company, and not a human resources bank (registered human resources introductions). Please understand that we cannot promise an immediate introduction to firms seeking workers even after you have entered your work history here. Due to non-disclosure agreements with clients, we will only contact you regarding an application for a job if a recommendation is possible, and you will be given the details upon interview.
● Article 1 (Search Firm Japan's Services)
Search Firm Japan's services (hereinafter "the Services") refer to those services provided by Search Firm Japan and the various services pertaining to this website.

● Article 2 (Users)
Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or the "User") refers to people who apply to use the Services after understanding and agreeing to this agreement, and this has been acknowledged by Search Firm Japan.
By applying to use the Services, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the entirety of this agreement.
●Article 3 (User Responsibility)
The User applies for the Services of their own will and at their own risk.
The User is responsible for the content of any information registered or entered at the time of application.

●Article 4 (Prohibitions)
Users may not commit the following acts:
A. Intentionally registering false information
B. Acts that infringe upon the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or their reputation
C. Acts that slander or libel an individual or organization
D. Acts that hinder the Services, and all acts that contravene laws and government ordinances
E. Acts that may damage Search Firm Japan's clients

●Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The use of the Services is the responsibility of the User, and we are not liable for any damages caused by said use (emotional distress or any disadvantage, including monetary loss).

●Article 7 (Exclusion)
If Search Firm Japan determines that the User has breached this agreement, the User has or may have slandered, libeled, threatened, or coerced Search Firm Japan (including any executives or employees of Search Firm Japan) or caused other problems for business, or the User has committed any acts judged to be inappropriate as a user, the Service may be discontinued without notice. Search Firm Japan holds no responsibility for any damages resulting from this suspension. This provision does not prevent Search Firm Japan from claiming compensation against such Users.

●Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)
Search Firm Japan may change, add to or partly or wholly delete this agreement without obtaining the User's prior consent. Search Firm Japan will consider these changes to be recognized by Users after they have been displayed for a month on our homepage.

●Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)
If the User breaches this agreement and causes damage to Search Firm Japan, the User will be held responsible for compensation for any direct or indirect damages.

●Article 12 (Court of Jurisdiction)
Any disputes linked to this agreement or the Services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
